CT CBS News broadcast that 2000 cases of dogs afflicted with a new strain of flu virus in 25 states have been reported. This is the first time I heard of dog flu but if you are a dog owner, watch out for any symptom like missing a meal and lethargy. These symptoms are signs that your furry baby has a fever.
If your dog shows those symptoms, take him/her to the vet immediately. Humans can't contract the dog virus so there is no threat there to the pet owners.
On the other hand, let me share a story shared by friend yesterday.
ROMANCE
Barb was lying in bed one night. Lee was falling asleep but Barb was in a romantic mood and wanted to talk.
She said: "You used to hold my hand when we were courting."
Wearily he reached across, held her hand for a second and tried to get back to sleep.
A few moments later she said: "Then you used to kiss me... "
Mildly irritated, he reached across, gave her a peck on the cheek and settled down to sleep.
Thirty seconds later she said: "Then you used to bite my Neck..."
Angrily, Lee threw back the bed clothes and got out of bed.
"Where are you going?" Barb asked.
"To get my teeth!"
