Hello April,

Thanks for looking over my post.  Taxes are 1% but there are other things that are attached to the tax bill such as sewer and trash fees.  To be safe, I quote my clients 1 1/4% to be safe.

Thanks Donald.  The property gets a lot of showings.  The house is a bit small but it's on a larger lot and there are three vacant lots next door!  So, there is plenty of open space.  Thanks for taking a peek at it.
