I didn't have time today to show my two rentals if they were still truly vacant. It is always such a pleasure to have the credit, employment, and criminal background checks come back desirable. Job well done, the landlords won't have extended vacancy.
The open house had very little traffic, one couple the complete time of the viewing. I hope they pan out and we can help them secure a new home. Be it the one they came to see, or maybe another. You see they came unprepared as they had not even spoken to a lender yet so they have no idea how much home they may buy.

he wished. So I was asked to give it a fresh look in hopes of louring a potential buyer. I received a call in the first 4 hours which may or may not come to fruition. Not an unusual request as we help one another since we initially met.
