There is about 2 years of inventory for single family homes and 3 years of inventory for Condo/Townhomes. The majority of these homes are either foreclosures...REO's or are attempting to sell short.

Hi Neal, Considering that you are just out of season, the Pending and Sold numbers look surprisingly low. Was the tourism off as well? Or are people just not buying?

No such thing as season here when selling RE...there are other areas which are slower now do to season but most of Broward is hit or miss. I'm busy so I can't complain. If you want to really buy you just have to look for something...

Ouch, Neal, that is some inventory. The worst we have for my area is about 18 months and that is the super-high-end market.
