Homes are indeed selling in Laveen Arizona, but are they selling at the same level. Course, level is something that can be argued as well, such as are we selling the same dollar amount, or less?
Below find and info graphic on number of homes sold in Laveen. This is all homes and properties regardless of type of home. The numbers show sales going back to 2011 through 2015. If you hover over the bar graph you can see the actual number of homes sold in that given year.
Again, in this particular case I was only looking at the number of properties sold in a given calendar year. Added in though, is the total dollar volume for homes sold in 2015, which was $176,513,917 which is a LOT of money changing hands. Yes, that is indeed $176 plus MILLION in home sales in the Laveen zip code for 2015. Pretty good year right?
I will give you a little more information, since your taking the time to read this post. In 2011 there was a total of 1535 homes sold in Laveen Az, which was 660 more homes sold in 2011 than in 2015. Yet the dollar in sales volume for 2011 was $173,811,048!!! That is about 3 million dollars LESS in values of homes sold for 660 more than last year. So have values of homes gone up in the Laveen Az area?
The answer is most definitely the home values have gone up!! The real question is has it gone up enough if your considering selling to be able to NET the dollar amount you'd like if selling.
