Cleveland Twp. is located on the northwest side of the City of Elkhart, in northwest Elkhart County, IN. Comparing the figures of December 2014 and December of 2015 I found the following information.

Current number of homes Active on the market -31

Current number of Pending sales - 11

My evaluation of the figures indicate the 2014 sales were higher, because of the Sellers Market, while the 2015 figures show the sellers were still trying to compete with the Sellers Market prices, but found that they were forced to lower their prices to sell their properties.
