Today is the day I say Enough is Enough!

I am tired of all the negative talk about the Real Estate Market.  I am tired of hearing it from the media!  I am tired of it being the topic of conversation!  I am tired of having to defend my job!  Yes things are not the same as they were a few years ago.  Yes it is a tough, ever changing market but I am ready to sell!

I am ready to educate all those buyers out there that it is a buyers market!  Stop sitting on the fence!  I am telling you it is a great time to buy!  Interest rates are low!  As buyers you have an abundance of homes that need to be sold.  It is a great time to buy!  It is a great time to get a deal!  I can not say it enough!

As far as the selling side of Real Estate goes I am seeing more and more listings coming on the market.  Spring time is the time to list a home!

So Lets Move On! Lets Think Positive!

Everyone in agreement?

I think a key to change the current wave of thought is agents standing up to buyers who want to buy at 50% of list price and can only qualify for 45% of that same list price.

I can tell you! The buyers are waiting for the FEDS to lower the prime again...because they think that by lowering the prime rate that mortgage rates will drop to 1% also...because no one is educating them, and they are clueless to think that the prime has anything to do with Mortgage rates. People are unsure of the state of the economy...there is NO consumer confidence out there....consumers also watched "Its a wonderful life" too many times and think that all these banks and lenders going under means that they will call the note due....someone forgot to inform them that hasn't been alowed for over the past 50 years. And soon they will make another excuse to wait....procrastination is a disease, and it should be covered by ones health insurance by now. All we need is a 12 step program, a drug for the cure,  and a commercial that says...ask your doctor if it is right for you?
