The first person on my list of ‘Rainer’s to call was Grant Schneider. Sadly he lost some of my conversation due to a pair of bad buds - ear buds that is. After 
we got over the bad connection on my end, we came to the agreement that the active participants here in ActiveRain are a microcosm of the real estate world. The vast majority of the market is made up of real estate professionals followed by a representation of other ancillary service providers vital for the transaction. Loan officers, home inspectors, flooring contractors and other service providers are all professionals necessary for anything real estate.
Grant’s profession is coaching. According to others more knowledgeable than I, “No one succeeds alone.” It is for that reason, most entrepreneurs that have the desire to succeed and go where no one their profession has gone before, needs a professional coach. As Grant put it, he takes a professional approach towards his clients whether they be agents, brokers or his niche market, restaurants. He comes from a background of human resources from a several large chains. However, no matter what your business, in the end, we are dealing with people and everyone has their opinion on how they want to be treated.
I really am looking forward towards having more meaty, in-depth and intellectual conversations with Grant. He is a wonderful, warm personality. One whom I would like to get to know better and one whom, if he lived in my area, I would want to hang with.
