Patricia Kennedy I took that many years ago, before my real estate "doings". I didn't even know it was a double rainbow until I downloaded it! I even had an ActiveRain member (who shall remain anonymous) swear that I had photoshopped it. I was beside myself with his reaction. I got over it, but never forgot that comment--not a positive person, for sure and probably still didn't believe me when I said it wasn't!!!

We don't have a lot of undeveloped lots left here either.  Sometimes buyers buy existing homes and tear down and rebuild.  Sounds like a great price.

Tammy Lankford it's a FAIR price. And we don't have people (so far) who are tearing down, but some of these homes have been around since the 60s, so you never know. BUT! Often owners have updated along the way. Same with you??

Lake has been here and some homes since 53.  Many "fishing cabins" were never updated.  Subdivisions of sorts went in around 70s and 80s and most of those homes have been updated along the way.
