I got a phone call from a long distance friend, Bobby, this morning, and he related this conversation that he had had earlier with a mutual friend, Joy.
Joy: So I'm thinking of selling my home.
Bobby: I guess that's a smart thing to do.
Joy: I'm going to call Wayne.
Bobby: Of course you should call Wayne. Who else would treat you better?
