“Even While Away for a Romantic Long Weekend”

Opportunities to do business are everywhere. Gail and I went away on a long romantic weekend at a B & B called the Manor House Inn in Norfolk, Connecticut. This was a new place for us and we would highly recommend it. The place was wonderful and the innkeepers were a delight.

They prepared a wonderful breakfast for us and we had them sit with us. It turns out that Sheila has authored three books and was currently writing her fourth. Richard had been a contractor much of his adult life so we had many war stories to share with one another.

They asked what we did for a living. Gail shared she was a life coach and a house flipper and that I was in the mortgage business. They immediately said they needed a mortgage as they were interested in purchasing a second home in Vermont. We are now beginning the mortgage process with them.
