GateHouse Properties Agent Success- John

GateHouse Properties had a very successful summer selling season, and two of our newest agents have been especially successbusy over the past few months.  As I mentioned in our last post, we would love to see new agents join us and our business; this post is about how you can succeed with GateHouse Properties as an existing agent.

Our first focused post is with agent Christie Shaia; Christie joined us in recent months, and with no prior real estate experience, has managed to quickly sell 5 properties on behalf of buyers and sellers.

This post is focused on John Leffler, who joined GateHouse Properties a little over a year ago and has quickly ramped up to significant success working under the GateHouse Properties label.

John Leffler HeadshotJohn Leffler, our other most recently successful agent, brings a big personality and an even bigger marketing plan to the listing game. He works emphatically for sellers to get the word out that your house is for sale, then does it over, and over, and over again!! He is truly a marketing machine. John’s recent success can be seen in his sale on Sandalwood in Costa Mesa, a relocating buyer to Newport Beach, new listing in Newport, and helping an investor buy a unique property in Long Beach. John has had 10 recent sales with GateHouse Properties, and it is truly hard to find anyone who will outwork John.

What’s most impressive about John is that he also came into our real estate office cold- he had no leads, no family properties to sell, and needed the support of a broker’s ideas to ramp up into a busy real estate team.  John worked closely with Broker Colin Delaney to create ideas, and started down an amazing path this calendar year.  John has sold over 15 properties and is on track to close 20 this year.
