The home featured a 5 bedroom, 3 bath plan that is probably one of the best in the lower bird streets neighborhood. These types of homes can be hard to find in Costa Mesa real estate, especially since most of the lots can be around 7000 square feet or smaller. A lot that comprises a quarter acre is highly unusual in town.
