There is no one better to brag about the great aspects of a home than someone who has lived there! So, please review the following un-edited statements from my personal interview with the sellers of 6125 Sawgrass Circle. Enjoy seeing what it’s like to live in your own piece of paradise:
Jason: How did you know this was the home you were meant to buy?
Seller: “We were just "looking" on a rainy day at the beach! We fell in love with the house because it was new, had entrance stairs that keep you out of the rain, master bedroom on the 1st floor, 2 houses from the pool, dead-end street which allows our grandchildren to ride bikes, etc. with less worry about their safety.”
Jason: Where do you find yourself spending the most time in the home and why?
Seller: “The wonderful covered front porch which is great to watch a storm from, have a drink and relax or just have friends over.”
Jason: What improvements have you made to the home or property over the years?
Seller: “This house has never been rented, used only by our family and us. We have put in back steps to the garage, a shed, an armoire for coats & tools, cabinet for extra food and supplies. All the furniture, which we wanted to be beachy. We have painted the outside twice, and keep the decks stained to look nice and preserve them. We put in a new hot water heater in 2015. We put in a new furnace about 4-5 yrs ago and it has a 10 year warranty. We also have had the furnace serviced 3 times a year since we have owned the house.”
Jason: If you don’t mind me asking, why have you decided to sell your home?
Seller: “We are selling the house because all our grandchildren are grown and in college or beyond all over the U.S. We have wonderful memories from the house but it is time to move on. We hope you are able to find a buyer who will love the house and the beach as we have with our family.”
