Video continues as a powerful tool for Real Estate
I recently posted a new 'Off Grid' listing. The pictures supplied to me were good pictures. I did not want to have a listing I had not seen in person though. With the recent snow and Upper Pack River Road turning to snow mobile trails I did not know how close I would be able to get.
With Halley anxious to get out we took off early Sunday morning. I was quite pleased to see how well the road and subsequent trails were plowed and groomed. This is going to be a fantastic selling point. I must admit that after seeing 'The Revenant", per Hannah Williams suggestion, I walked a bit more cautiously and cognizant of the surrounding area.
When I arrived I could not believe the beauty of the Property with the river passing by. The scene was off a post card. And yes I kept flashing back to the just watched movie. Not deterred though I started taking videos and extra pictures inside. I felt a magnet kind of force pulling me. I did not want to leave. I wanted to light a fire and stay. I did my best to pass this feeling along with my video. Something that just did not come across in pictures I had seen. I believe I was successful. ( lol - Maybe too successful ) Below was the comment I received back from the owner after I had sent them this video to review.
You did an awesome job on this! Now I want to go up there and spend the night again! If it sells, so be it, if not I need to go and enjoy it !!! thanks.
