December Existing Home Sales Surge!
The National Association of REALTORS® reported on Friday that December Existing Home Sales surged nearly 15 percent from November to an annual rate of 5.46 million units. This was well above the 5.12 million expected. The big gains could be due to delayed closings following the new TRID or "Know Before You Owe" rules that went into effect in October. Sales were up 7.7 percent from a year ago.
Wilmington Home Sales for 2015 increased nearly 13% over 2014 according to the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors too!
