What does chocolate have to do with real estate?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Exit Strategy Realty

You may ask what does chocolate have to do with real estate ? And my response would be " everything".

Let me explain. This year I wanted to support local entrepreneurs as part of my real estate business and began searching for businesses I could support on Kiva a micro lending site .

It was on Kiva that I found Nicole and Mindful indulgences chocolates . Next I wanted to find a way to support her business in a marketing campaign and thus became a customer of Nicole's and ordered 200 pieces of Vegan chocolates . Yesterday I met Nicole and picked up the chocolates . In future posts I will describe my marketing campaign in detail and track my results. I hope you follow..

Life is just a box of chocolates.  Real Estate is a part of life.  I forget where I heard that line about the box of chocolates.

Jack, I have helped finance businesses through Kiva in the past but do not have any that I am helping at the moment. So glad you could find a local business that you could help.. I think I like that much better than trying to help without being able to help in other ways.

This is the first time I have heard about Kiva. I will look into it, and good for you for helping a local business!
