Karma in North Idaho circles very quickly !
Nina Hollander had a wonderful post this Sunday morning that it was/is National Compliment Day. I enjoyed the post and went out of my way to pass along some compliments that I normally would take mental note of, and not verbalize. Every sincere compliment earned a warm smile and thank you.
When called by Bob "Realman" Timm for 'Singing in the Rain' he asked me about my Real Estate goals. I tried to explain they were not the normal goals you put numbers and a timeline to, although I do have action plans. Not always the concept we are told to follow when setting goals. My main focus/goal is to step up my Real Estate systems, and to make my clients aware of all that I am doing, as I am working for them. Systems in place and being used. While numeric goals will fall in place if I live and work with this intent daily, I will know, within myself, long before the end of the year if I am accomplishing this goal.
So what does this have to do with Nina's post and Karma? I received this from a new listing of mine just this evening, coincidently on National Compliment Day.
"You are so up on everything! I wish we'd had you when we sold our log home in Rathdrum!!!"
With no numbers or timelines involved I know, in my heart, I have made the right choices in the direction I want to move in 2016, and that I am already succeeding.
