Earlier tonight I read in a post that someone's opinion of buyer's agents was that they simply unlocked the door and typed an offer after the buyer found the property they want to buy.
Bahahahahahaha ha HA

- Set up a search to meet your needs and bookmark those homes that the most of your wants on the list
- schedule showing appointments
- communicate with you
- recommend the best lenders to you for the type of loan you'll need and help get to pre-approved to be ready to make an offer
- recommend home inspectors
- recommend a great closing attorney
- advise and advocate during the negotiation process
- educate you about market conditions and prices when you're ready to make an offer
- educate you about the types of local ownership, rules of the lake and give you direct contact information for the lake representative that works in the area you are interested in to answer questions directly
- be there at inspections and recommend vendors for repair quotes
- help you understand closing documents and be there with you at the closing
- be available for questions even after the closing as well
So you see, we don't just make you find the property and unlock the door and collect our check.
