Jeff ~ I think the most important things for me and others will be to consistently lead generate (at least 3 hours per day), as well as practice scripts that will make us feel confident in any situation. The top agents in my office say that they practice their scripts with a partner at least several times a week.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment.  I will set you up with your 90-Day Unlimited Access Membership and notify you of the current training schedule.

The need for consistent lead generation and scripts is crucial...they also go hand in hand don't they?  With out lead generation scripts are useless and without scripts you can't convert the prospect to a client.

For best results we're required to target a spedific group with a motivational (emotional) message.  When our audience acts on an ad or a marketing piece they are instantly asking themselves:

  • Does this apply to me?
  • What value or benefit is there for me?
  • How do they want me to respond?  If it's too complicated or uncomfortable they won't respond.

When we create enough emotion in our audience we can ask them to respond...and they will.  There are 7 Key Elements to Create Emotion with Your Marketing:

  1. Color
  2. Graphic Images
  3. Words - and font
  4. Convey a benefit
  5. Is there a lead generation trigger encouraging me to respond
  6. The call to action
  7. Attach a deadline
