This seems to be the general opinion if you are a Lancaster real estate buyer, and you are absolutely right. 

You don't need an agent to find a house. 

With trulia, zillow, craigslist, realtor.com and a host of other Lancaster MLS Search and IDX real estate listing sites, not to mention virtual and video tours available at the click of a mouse, you really DON"T need a real estate agent to FIND a house.   

But, that's not what I'm here for.  I know you can find a house.  Especially in this market, with a plethora of open houses every weekend, with technology at your fingertips, with so many Lancaster County houses available for sale.
