Can you squeeze it back into your schedule?
After setting up and confirming several appointments to view homes, my clients and I approached the front door of one on the list.
Though I searched every place that I could think of in an attempt to find the lock box, it simply was not there.
My clients decided they would take a pass and we moved on. I received a text message an hour later asking if I'd seen the home...
I answered back that we couldn't get in and then thought...Wow, there's a clear lack of follow through on that agent's part.
Believe me, I do understand that things happen and may prevent us to be our best and do our best. This home, however, was on the market already for 4 days prior to setting the appointment. Sheesh!
