FROM: Cluttered and dated TO: Fresh, Clean and Spacious

We staged a property today for a very nice couple. Like most of our jobs we started the project a little over a month ago. Fresh paint, list of items to be removed, cleaners, window washers and carpet cleaners hired. There were still a few things to do before the open house, but overall the owners did wonders.

We brought in some furniture, artwork, accessories and lamps. We were not able to have the carpet removed, but we were able to paint which helped immensely. The Realtor had never worked with us before and was very happy with the results. We hope the buyers will be too.

I agree with Michelle. It takes talent to work around a carpet of that color.

You bet. The client would not part with her carpet no matter how many stats, experiences, photos I showed. the property is doing well though and we are hoping for an offer this week! Kym

Kym, you really brought some sopshication to this space! I love the living room area, it looks great even with that carpet.

The persimmon sofa I like, but not the orange walls, thank goodness they painted!

That carpet and wall color looked like a challenge. You did a terrific job.

Great job. I like the furniture you picked to go with the carpet. I know that was challenging, but I think you pulled it off. Very nice.

Hardly recognizable as the same house. I agree with the carpet comments - you met the challenge. Looks great Kym!
