Diligence is a mother...er...I mean...Diligence is the mother of good luck.

 

Getting a transaction to a successful end takes more than just happenstance. It takes a sincere effort, preparation and cooperation among all participating parties.

 

From the moment buyer and seller come together in agreement, agents are required to ensure that dead-lines are met and that requires: 

  • good communication
  • mutual respect between agents
  • the ability to work together independently

 

Focusing on the clients wishes, rather than a personal agenda serves everyone well and getting to a successful closing is the goal. Ben Franklin said it well when he stated Diligence is the mother of good luck. Agree?
