I am a teacher, and I am looking for a house in Texas (Dallas, Mesquite, Rockwell) and I just heard about this program of 50% on homes. I was looking for homes between $150.000-250.000 (before the 50%) could you send me options?

I do apologize but Texas is well beyond my area of expertise. I am in the Carolinas and would have no specific resources to assist you in TX. I would suggest looking in the Texas section of Activerain and look for agents in the area to assist you.
