Recently had an officer of the law whon was interested in A HUD home in the area and had been told he would be able to purchase for half price and only had to live in the property three years.
While this is true there is another more important item in that an officer or their spouse may not have owned a property in the last year. This fact was learned the hard way by your's truly even after talking to the lister's of HUD"s here.
