Weekend retreats?

I have a client who has a million dollar home that she lives in, on acreage, lake, fishing, etc.  She needs to rent it out on weekends for IRS purposes.  Any ideas on how to market something like this.  It is in Texas.  I have absolutely no idea how much she should charge, should she get a cleaning deposit?

I have had good luck with "Vacation rental by owner" and "Craiglist". Both of these websites generate strong leads. As for cleaning fee about, depending on the size of the home about $100-200. You also hane to consider how many guest are staying there.

I would agree with Greg regarding Craigslist but you will also have to sort thru the riff-raff, especially the 'frat' and college contigents from Austin.  I would go much farther than a 'cleaning deposit'...
