Give me your honest opinion - am I celebrity?

I didn't think so either, but there I was minding my own business paying attention to Dustin Luther's blogging presentation when this image is up on the screen in front of the entire crowd at Top Producer's "Finding Relevance in Internet Marketing" blogging seminar held today in Oakland CA.

Being the reserved, understated gent that I am, I couldn't help blurting out - Hey, that's my post!

Dustin is the creator of Rain City Guide one of the most well know and respected real estate blogs in the country. 

Dustin has started a new blog focused on his Real Estate Agent Marketing activities.

I'll follow up tomorrow with some insights from the seminar - as soon as the swelling subsides. Sometimes it all just the luck of the draw, but like they say at the lotto booth - if you don't play, you can't win.

Dustin would probably say something like - if you don't have a blog, your potential clients may never find you.
