The home inspection was completed two weeks ago and the termite and moisture inspection showed no evidence of termite or moisture damage.
My sellers are excited that the house went under contract so quickly and I'm happy for them.

Hi William, the average days on the market here is longer than that but it is definitely a great market for home priced under $300,000.
