GLAR, The Greater Louisville Association of Realtors released their latest statistics for new listings, and sold/closed real estate in our market area. They do this weekly, and it is structured for a year-over-year comparison.
The statistics include not only Louisville and Jefferson County, but also Oldham, Shelby, Bullet, Henry, Spencer, Trimble and, well I think that is all.
