We've been trying to keep it a secret, and we've been getting a lot of help from the national and local media, but the markets making a move in the Cape.

Please, don't tell anyone.

Our pending sales are up dramatically.

Shhh!

And,

There's a remarkable pickup in the number of cash transactions. I'm a mortgage guy, aside from the big picture, I really hate that part.

And,

I was told the top 4 sales teams for C21 in Florida all came from the Cape. How can that be, we're not the largest city. We're not in the top 5, to my knowlege.

And,

The out of state buyers have returned.

And,

So have the foreigh nationals.

And,

We have a great selection of reasonable priced properties. Actually the prices are incredible, for the buyers.

A great selection means we have a lot of inventory. Well let me tell you a little secret. While the media portrays this in a negative fashion, my buyers love it!

So, all I've got left to say is:

Go Cape Coral!   Go Cape Coral!   Go Cape Coral!

Yes, and according to my Weather Predictor ( Kind of like the Magic Eight ball ) there will be no storms this year, at least none that are worthy of being anything to talk about.

The Cape is Rockin - Let the nay sayers say, everyone else better get in the mix.

Jay,

it would be tough to drive the bus in a hurricane so, i agree, we just won't have any.

your on a roll predicting weather should be a breeze.

Joan,

come on down. the weathers great and the waters warm.

Steve,

in about another 6-12 months the national media may be forced to report a turn in the tide. until then it's our secret.
