If All Our Sellers Had Garden's like Bellagio.....

If all our sellers had garden's like Bellagio what a world this would be.

Agents would beg to see our listings!!!! Buyers would compete against each other!! Sellers would get mulitple offers. Title companies would require that they visit the house before they insure it. Lenders would come and see the property too and of course appraisers would spend all day there. Or would they??

Have you ever had a listing so great that many people clamored to see it...even if they could not buy it???

Hey Debbie, I have to admit that there are some listings that I wanted to see just because the home was that awesome, but I didn't. Thanks for sharing and I hope that you have a wonderful week, Jim.

Debbie - I'm going to guess that those garden photos were taken at Bellagio and not at a listing... The Parade of Homes is where I love to go. Gotta love getting discount tickets as a Realtor. I also take my wife. She probably loves it more than I do. We have seen many great houses on the Parade.

I loved all the pots...that was funny. One after another....id be curious where all that water goes.

Thanks for sharing these beautiful pictures. I forgot that the Bellagio had all of these pretty gardens, can you imagine what the cost for the up keep is? I'm not sure I would want that bill, but I'll take the gardens anyday!

Debbie, now that's my kinda garden! Especially if the watering cans fill themselves up automatically! I'm the type who has to put silk plants into dirt to keep them from dying!

Debbie, I also have pictures of the gardens in the Bellagio from April. Our favorite hang out in Vegas!! Love how they do a different theme every year..

I've never been to the Bellagio hotel, but now I want to go see it. Beautiful pictures. I wish I had a green thumb. Thanks for sharing.
