GRANADA HILLS HOME SALES STATISTICS FOR  JANUARY 2016

30 homes were sold for the month on January 2016. The Minimum Listing Price  was $359,000, Selling Price $367,000 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,130 square feet house, 3,962 sq ft lot, and 1 day on the market

 Maximum Listing Price $899,900, Selling Price $870,000 with 8 bedrooms, 5 baths, 3,930 sq ft home, 10,238 sq ft lot, and 186 days on market.

 Average Listing Price $598,582, Selling Price $593,034 with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2,061 sq ft home, 13,231 sq ft lot and 53 days on market.

 6 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K, 7 in the 500K to 600K, and on the 600K to 700K.

From all the sales there was 2 homes on probate and 3 homes on short sales, from those 2 homes had a notice of default filed against the house, the rest were homes on standard sale.

 MORTGAGES AND INTEREST RATES
