You have to love this business, but if you mind is working overtime in an attempt to make a better product or by the giving of information hand over fist. In order to set you "Above the Crowd" (gotta love that REMAX slogan).  Then you might look for cosmetic surgery as an option.

You can get your face done, chest, calves, maybe some Lipo a tuck here and a stretch there.  How about something not so evasive?  And much more cost effective - Take your current website and give it a twist.

Look at it and ask your clients for feedback and see what they say.  You might also offer an option on your home page that asks for feedback.  After all you are the subject matter expert in Real Estate, you should cater to your clients.

So, have a look around and find yourself a good website solution.  Then get a good blog solution.  Then combine them together when you write posts.  Keep active in Active Rain, don't forsake the USPS mailings to farms or your sphere of influence. 

Start recording yourself on You Tube and Utterz - Check out all of the options that you have in communication.  Communication is the key to the Real Estate world.  Model your business to be a communicator - To let people know that you are in Real Estate - For the long haul.  That you are the subject matter expert in your Real Estate community and Venue.  Don't forsale communication in Person!!!  Everywhere you go talk with the masses...  Even if they shut you down - Keep talking - They can't kill you and if they could, they could only kill you once!!!
