We ask our sellers not be home at the time of the showings if possible, Myself or someone from my team will meet the buyer and buyer’s agent at your home and tour the property with them if you have requested no lock box on premises.
Allowing us to place a lockbox on your door helps you not to miss showings. We are notified immediately when your home is being shown and can contact the buyer agent after they have showed your home to their qualified buyer for feedback. Our Lock boxes enables the buyers agents to enter a specific code in order to open the door, in lieu of not having a key.
Seller never know when the right person is going to look at their listing and it’s important to make every effort to allow the buyer agent and their qualified buyers to see their home while it’s listed.
