This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 4.5 percent, for new homes down 6.1 percent and for resale condos up 11.2 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 10.2 percent and up 9.8 percent on condos and up 56.7 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 8.6 percent and the sales volume is up 15.2 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 11.5 percent and the sales volume is up 24.6 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 4.6 percent and the sales volume is down 0.0 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 5.6 percent and the sales volume is down 11.8 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 22.9 percent and the sales volume down 21.2 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 12.7 percent and the sales volume is 5.4 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 17.9 percent and the sales volume is up 52.9 percent.
The market does not usually come back with more listings and volume until after the Super Bowl. Tomorrow the day after the Superbowl is the begining of the season for our area. So now lets see what the season will bring. If you were thinking of getting into the market now is the time.
