While touring my Victorian home at 37 Sherwood Road 21030 over the weekend, the owner shared these photos showing some of his renovations.

When you realize the home was built in 1887, it's interesting to see how the property has changed.

Love hearing the owner talk about living in this beautiful home, the gazebo porch, the additions and his car collection.

Exercise, home gym, yoga studio, car collection, home base business, boat, motor cycles, entertaining space...There is heat, electric and water in the main garage. How about a real estate office. There would be no lack of storage.

I know from personal experience, Margaret, having done major renovations in two homes, including a 1930's NYC coop that hadn't been touched from the day it was built until I bought it in 1995. I've now built two new homes, and would rather "go new" any day of the week.
