Hi Everyone,

I work with a lot of clients for advertising, PR, and online.  Although I can't reveal some of my clientele I can tell you some tricks of the trade that we do together to help with your organic search.  I have one client who had laughable traffic.  By laughable traffic, this person was all of their traffic.  They went to their site all the time.  This person wanted to be found online and had a great website.  Although the website is solid, who cares if nnobody can find you?  Anyway, this person has a great persona so we literally took a $99 video camera (go to cnet.com to find it, it has a USB plug so its simple stupid and youtube ready) and recorded a couple of blurbs about this person's real estate niche.    Almost immediately under certain key words, this person became ranked on the first page between four and seven in organic search results.  Bottom line, make a youtube video.

Are you saying that video is now being recognized and indexed on Google,etc?

Youtube videos are when you set everything up correclty in youtube.

YouTube is definately a powerful tool. I am wondering how targeted your clients keywords were and if you changed anything on the site itself, or just added a few clips to YouTube.

Hm...that's really interesting.  Thanks for sharing this tip.  I had no idea that YouTube videos were good seach engine food!  =)

Chadd I am hearing and seeing putting videos on their blogs. Since it is helps with Search Engine Ranking,I need to start making some funny and creative videos right away. Great post.

 I know I should have a clip BUT can I have a stand in for my you tube clip? Can I just be a voice over while shooting pictures of my neighborhood?
