Fantastic job!  Looks like you're using some of those trees, I love those palms.  I thought you were going to send that tree truck this way when you were done!

Remember I have ponies to use for staging equestrian mansions. They are small so give the effect of lots of pasture space and they are quite tidy.

Just got back from an appointment and getting a few extra things for a staging tomorrow and I just got online and VAVAVOOMSKI !!! I was in the front page of AR. Excellent presentation - as a Realtor here in Raleigh we just have started staging some of our listings. We were fortunate to have found Karen Reynolds from Champagne Staging (she's an active rainer too). We have just started but even after the initial consultation with our client and Karen I was hooked and so impressed. Perhaps we'll get to show off some of our before and after pics too (although the home is a tad more modest than this one)...

Now for a couple realtor type questions...  Is the property currently listed? Fernando did the agent/seller retain your professional services at the beginning of the listing or had it been on the market prior to and without your magic? I am just amazed as I look at your before and after pics. Knowing that buyers are sooooo persuaded by the feeling of a home I know that your work here will grab potential buyers and tug at their buy me voice inside.  Keep us posted if you can. 

It makes me smile that you are so enthusiastic about your feature post.  I do wish you all the best in your beautiful world.

Fernando- You were out here in Wellington and you did not stop by to say hi? Shame on you! :) But Oh My, what a wonderful job you did on staging this home! The photos of your before and after are very effective. Congrats on the feature too! 

We have been having lots of short sales and the sellers just are not staging their homes for financial reasons even here in Wellington.:) I have your brochures and cards and keep the cards with me in my travels. You just never know who I might bump in to that needs to get their home staged!
