Looking for something fun to do this weekend? You should check out the Queens Cup Steeplechase! Held In Mineral Springs, NC just outside of Charlotte, it is a day to remember. Held this Saturday April 26th, for info and directions you can check out their website at  http://www.queenscup.org/ .

Tons of people come from all over to see thoroughbreds compete on a turf track over 2 to 3 miles while clearing four foot jumps. It is a spectacle to take your breath away. Off the track there is plenty to see as well , as many people come in their brightly designed hats and decorated tailgate areas.

Its a great day out for the whole family.
