Even though I do not live in Carmichael, I tend to list a lot of homes in Carmichael. Mostly pool homes, probably because there are so many homes in Carmichael with pools due to the large lot sizes, but this home does not have a pool, so you can relax. No pool!
Some people do not want a pool at all. If you're one of those, a person who wants to sit quietly in the back yard to observe nature or garden or just unwind on the patio after working all day, this home could be for you. Raised gardening beds line the side of this home.
It's beautiful. Built in 1973.
