South Riding Mid Week Update 2/6/2016 - 2/10/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 26 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market. 4 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale town homes, 1 short sale detached homes and 2 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale detached homes. There are 3 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
