O.K. NOW...

       don't know what the monthly homeowner fees are... but can you rent ANYTHING in the area for this kind of money!

       Looks like being over 55.... is going to get you a real Senior Citizen discount...if acted upon FAST....

LOL   .. maybe this is worth buying... just to have a "spare place" to go when the relatives come down to 'visit' .....

     Can you have pets?.....

Seriously.... People wanting even just a winter place.. need to hurry & CHECK this complex out....

blreast...NO, you can't rent anything like this for the price! It is perfect for a winter residence and it is already under contract, closing in a week.
