- 26-28 12th St- (pic. above) - 3 family, detached, frame/aluminum in great condition, no garage w/ private driveway, sold for $1,100,000 after a whopping 132 days on the market.

- 25-92 36th St- (pic above) - 2 family, detached, 8 bedroom, brick construction, 1 car garage with private driveway, sold for $1,200,000 in 102 days.
