In March I wrote a blog expressing my frustration at the fourth extension that the buyer's agent had requested from my seller. The closing has yet to occur and the 7th extension has been written.
The new extensiopn will expire on May 20th. Can you imagine? I think this may be a record among realtors. Should I contact Ripley's to see if it is a record world wide? Possibly.
What is truly amazing is that it is a CASH deal!!
Anyway, the saga continues. You may see another blog on this one if it doesn't close on the 20th. If anyone has any suggestions on how to avoid this in the future, I would greatly appreciate any and all...
