I just read this posting in bizjournals.com. Hang onto your hats...Flagler County is going to explode with growth again. Growth creates jobs and with a 7.8% unemployment rate...we need that pronto. Maybe we can reclaim that #1 spot of fastest growing county in the nation.

Rayonier teams with Atlanta developer on Flagler project

"Local timber and real estate company Rayonier Inc.(NYSE: RYN) and Atlanta-based development company Cousins Properties Inc.(NYSE: CUZ) have formed a strategic alliance to develop a 6,300-acre tract in western Flagler County.
Rayonier executives, who first made the announcement during an earnings conference call Wednesday, said Rayonier and Cousins Properties would work together to master plan and entitle the property, but did not have any other details about what sort of project Flagler Three Lakes would be.
"Flagler County is one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S. We've chosen this site to apply our strategy to work with premier developers, like Cousins, to create quality communities that are assets to area residents," said Rayonier Chair, President and CEO Lee Thomas. "
