Everyday we are gifted with wonderful reminders to keep centered in the chaotic world we have all collectively created. I find these messages tend to capture our attention when our energy levels may be low. These messages could come in many forms. It could be though something you read, hear, small, touch, taste or sense with your own energy vibration.
These small quotes or statements are like spiritual booster of happiness. I remember a very specific moment after providing a feng shui consultation a few days after mom passed away in May of 2010. I was sitting at a local diner, eating my lunch and full of sadness. An elderly lady approached my table, looked at me with a smile and said, "enjoy your life, enjoy it."
Then her husband called her toward the front door to leave. She smiled and left. I understood who that was with eyes wide open.
