As I prepare for another weekend, I had to stop and look around to consider the true purpose behind my day. In doing so, I am reminded why I enjoy working with people and constantly meeing new people in an industry that I love. Simply put, I want to inspire others!
Whether you are working as a full time Realtor® who’s as rock star, or a part 
time agent trying to build a thriving real estate career, you have the ability to be an inspiration to others along the way. There's no magic pill or formula, and all it takes is a willingness and desire to make life better for those around you. Wow!
With that being said, I'd like to challenge and encourage every reader to find a way to make someone else’s day better, brighter and/or complete through intentional acts of kindness & good deeds. Consider finding a way to offer concern for a co-worker or friend that has had a tough week. You may also look for opportunities to show extra gratitude to a sales clerk, restaurant staffer, contractor and the like. There may also be scenarios in your neighborhood, church, school, or youth sports league were an extra hand is needed to complete any number of time consuming projects. The possibilities are endless, so pick one or many in your Friday must "to-do's".
