Spring is Here

Spring Has Sprung

This week the flowers and leaves where really starting to bloom, but last night after a good rain I woke up to my beautiful very green yard.

As a result I decided I am going to go out to both my listings this week and re- take the exterior pictures of the houses. When I re-enter them into the MLS it is going to refresh the listing and hopefully prompt some new and fruitful showings.

The number of showings at my listings have also increased, it was amazing to me, as soon as it turned the month of April, literally, the number of showings increased substantially.

HI Debbie,

I know this is an old post but yes we should update our pictures with the seasons and let buyers see how the home looks at the present time. Pictures can help to gain more showings. I am a realtor in the Morehead City area and work for Coldwell Banker also. Don't work too hard!
