Hi Dorie. It seems to be a very diluted holiday now, as opposed to when we were younger. Doesn't it?
My husband and I are on a mission to visit all the Presidential Museums and birthplaces and it has been a blast. We are over halfway done and have learned so much about the men and why they became President.

Dorie, Abraham Lincoln is my all-time favorite President. When I was in grade school I wrote a paper doing comparisons between him and Pres. Kennedy--there were several parallels. Fascinating stuff.
